What is Reach Residency?
Reach Residency revolves around our commitment to doing our part to accomplish the Great Commission as quickly as possible.
Our goal is to train and develop the next generation of ministers to personally be and make disciples of Jesus Christ.
We will invest in those who are called and capable to bring God’s Kingdom to new individuals, neighborhoods, and cities through multiplying ministries and churches.
What next?
The Paradigm Church Residency Program is for future church leaders. Those who feel called to step into pastoral ministry and church planting. This is a year long, intensive residency program to train and launch a pastor to plant a church. You will work alongside Pastor Ryan, while he trains, leads, and mentors you to grow and discern your ministry calling and gifts. You will be challenged and equipped to step into the next step that God has for you in ministry. You will gain insights and valuable ministry experience.
This is for individuals in any ministry area.
